Nancy Hollis is an illustrator and designer based in Birmingham, Alabama.  A lifelong doodler, Nancy developed her voice as a visual storyteller while studying Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where she earned a BFA in illustration with a concentration in animated illustration and publication design. During her time at SCAD, she focused on character-driven work, narrative imagery, and design for both print and motion.

Since graduating, Nancy has continued to explore illustration across a range of formats, including fine art, marketing, editorial illustration, package design, and animation. Her work often blends humor, emotion, and a playful approach to visual storytelling, grounded in strong design and thoughtful detail. She currently serves as the Studio Programs Manager at Studio By The Tracks, a nonprofit art studio serving adults on the autism spectrum, where she supports neurodiverse artists and contributes to a diverse creative community.

Nancy is currently experimenting with new ways to integrate movement, texture, and interactivity into her work, while continuing to make accessible and vibrant illustrations. In her free time, she enjoys sketchbooking, experimenting with new materials, and hand-lettering.
